Dear Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer},
4-B.IV.
GRY{Shadwell Grylls}
The car is impossible to handle with the clutch in its present condition, so I have arranged for a man from the Bentley Service Depot to deliver the car to you at Derby tomorrow morning.
It will be much appreciated if the job can be made right and the car sent down to Lillie Hall by Thursday next.
Lp.{Mr Lappin}
