RE HAND MAGNETO & STARTING GEAR.

Referring to the hand magneto getting filled up with oil, this seems entirely a simple failure that should be put right without much brain fag; there is already shewn two drain holes:-
(1) see that these exist.
(2) Make them larger because the only oil that can get into the magneto must come through viz:-
Three contracted areas shown .005" clear, so surely we can let out what passes three restrictions in series, if still any trouble fit felt in one.
