Strategy for ordering Watford and B.T.H. magnetos in consultation with the Air Ministry.

Watfords either way, but if orders are forthcoming then it would appear to be a matter for the Air Ministry to make a move in, as they must require a second magneto firm to be kept ready for emergencies.
