Dear Mr. Hives:

Confirming telephone conversation - We are proposing to issue the 33 x 6.75 tyre to your Company with the traction tread - that is, the tread which you tested in France; until such time as the modified triple stud pattern can be approved by you.

On the question of date of delivery - I find that we cannot promise anything in less than six to eight weeks from now as new moulds will have to be made.
