Dear Mr. Thompson,

Your chassis arrived at Park Wards on February 1st.

They anticipate that the body will be sufficiently near completion to enable you to try the seating position on February 14th, 15th or 16th. If you will let me know whether any of these dates suit you, or if not, what date would suit you, I will arrange for you to be picked up at the Langham Hotel and taken out to Park Wards. At the same time you will be able to look at various other types of body, colours, etc.

I anticipate that once the seat is settled you will get delivery of your car very soon.

Yours sincerely,
