Re Quarterly Complaints - Ph.II Starter Motors.

Reference your Memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst4/AD3.2.32. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} has replied asking us to pass on to you the particulars of the Starter Motor troubles which were dealt with by them last Quarter, and included in their Quarterly Complaint Return.

These particulars are as follows:

Ch.Nos. / Remarks.

Starter Motor Failures.

Ch.Nos: 86-XJ, 58-XJ, 129-GY, 147-GY, 195-GY.
Remarks: Modify Contact Arm, free and bed Brushes and polish floating bush in each case.

Ch.No: 18-GN.
Remarks: Modify Contact Arm, free and bed brushes, polish floating bush and attend to pinion spring.

Ch.No: 44-GY.
Remarks: Polish floating bush and free and bed brushes.

Ch.No: 189-GY.
Remarks: Supply and fit replacement Motor. Removed -do- to "W" for repair and credit.

One other Starter Motor was dealt with by Paris.
