Dear Mr.Cowen,

I have returned from my holiday, and Mr.Berenstein has handed me your letter, together with order form, which you have signed for a 60 Model Buick. My people are immediately ordering this from the States, as you have specified a Flint Model, and we will do our best to get it to you as early as possible.

I would, however, like to point out that owing to their troubles in the industrial world over there deliveries of the new series will be rather late.
In fact the present C.O. series Buick will run as standard until the 1st January. Also I can give you no indication of price except that a similar Model costs £585 this year, and there will be at least a 10% increase on this.

Regarding terms, I will give you our very best wholesale stocking Distributors' terms, which are 25%, the same as I give to various other British Manufacturers who order one of our cars every year.

Hoping you have had a pleasant holiday..
Sincerely yours,

(Sd) Bobbie Hartman.
