FOUR WHEEL BRAKES. (9940)

It seems that if we are not too ambitious for very vigorous front wheel braking, and extremely light foot pressure, both of which I do not recommend, we ought to be within sight of knowing exactly what to do to finish EAC. 3. until further experience gives other views.

You are not expecting anything from me, and WW. ought to be through with the improved designs before Easter. Nothing further has occurred to me more than the memos. already sent. My suggested improvements seem sound and simple but it is quite possible you may have to depart from them.

I was very pleased to hear from the conference at Derby that the situation was better than some of the recent remarks suggested.
