| (2) The double valve is the simplest, and could be tried with the other features and passages blocked up. The suction replace valves would still be needed. This double valve would be somewhat thus:- [Diagram Labels] Radial webs for guides. Low pressure spring. High pressure end of piston. High Low/pressure oil Low pressure oil. It may be better to make both pistons fit as closely as possible, and still use some discharge vent covered by valve. I hope something that will work satisfactorily can be made from what is designed, by the use of the cavity only, with or without collar, and these other modifications come in later as designed.
