| To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} EXHAUST TAIL PIPE ADAPTORS. The chromium plated tail pipe adaptors to E.88608, E.61255 and EB.3152 have now met with the approval of Sales, and should therefore be brought into Production immediately, that is, each car should be supplied with its respective adaptor to be fitted at the Coachbuilders after the tail pipe has been cut to length to suit the body. These should be attached by means of chromium plated Jubilee clips, and not the expensive clips shown on the drawing. Will you please instruct accordingly.
