S/W Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Re 21-G-IV...Clutch. The following is copy of JLE{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager}'s report regarding this:- "I tried this clutch with Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} and consider it is a definite improvement and if we can rely on the production clutches being up to this standard, after the mileage this car has done, I feel that the clutch troubles will be reduced to a minimum. This is one point, and that is that this clutch is rather on the slow side in stopping." C. | ||
