Palmer. 30 H.P. D.C. 42. We are recommending, as a cure for flat spots on the above carburettor our modification of the leather accelerator pump piston. Have you any objection to this being carried out at our Depots or would you prefer to make the changeover your goodselves? We also enclose a print to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}46/. This is applicable for all carburettors that have the complaint of popping in the exhaust on over run and supercedes our last effort. You will notice that the positions of air feed has been altered in agreement with your Mr. Fisher as to it being more balanced.
