Re: Vanvooren - Paris Trial Bentley. As you are aware we liked very much the interior finish of your latest trials Bentley, on which all woodwork had been eliminated. We wish to produce a similar finish on a body by Park Ward for one of our experimental cars, and would like to reproduce your design. We apologise for giving you so much trouble but we would like a photograph of the instrument board, and also of the interior of each door. On this car also we propose to use tubular sliding front seats. We have fitted these in the past, and objection has been taken to their appearance at the base because the tubes are exposed, as on a lot of cheap British cars. We believe those on your trials car have valances, and a photograph of this feature would help us to show Messrs.Park Ward what we want. If you could get these photographs it would help us very materially. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
