PHANTOM UNIT NO.14 CHASSIS 39-EX.
A flywheel ring, Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}403, to increase the inertia by 43% has been prepared and is in Stores. Will you please fit this to the above unit before itgoes in the frame.
It will be necessary to turn down the clutch cover to suit the spigot of the ring, because the limit on that part of the cover is ± 10.
