X8770 X8774 Herewith a summary of the parts we should like altering on 10-EX car. RADIATOR. To N.sch.2308 large tubes. HEAD LAMPS. Remove dipping device. Fit Zeiss lamps with brackets to N.sch.2252. FRONT AXLE. Lightened type, spring loaded cross steering tube. Axle control with 2º backward pivot lean. Stronger front brake pull off springs. FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERS. Hydraulics 80 and 100. FRONT SPRINGS. E.864/865. FAN PULLEY. Reduced speed. FRONT BRAKE EQUALISER. G.74666 length increased from 2.5 to 3.00". G.73149 to be fitted - length 3.00". ALUM: ENGINE. To specification of ACL. including high comp: pistons with edge type scraper rings ground at 24º as fitted to Condor. Rev. counter and drive. PEDALS. Complete to N.sch.2316. INSTRUMENT BOARD. New instrument board required, position of instruments as per sketch. Additions, rev. counter, distance petrol gauge and warning light. Present dash lamps to be removed, a single light is being obtained for the top of the board. A knob to be fitted to starter carb. control as for reserve petrol supply instead of handle as at present. 100 m.p.h. speedometer for 17/52 axle at present in Stores. CLUTCH STOP. Stronger clutch stop spring to be fitted as supplied herewith. Also latest (No.5 ?) lightened type clutch. LOCKED FLOAT CHAMBER & AIR VALVE+ Return spring to magneto. contd :- | ||
