Testing of coil 1G11 fitted into a new case made of Redmanol moulding powder.

| X.4079. EFC. 6.6.23. X.4079. Herewith coil 1G11, this has been fitted into a case made of Redmanol moulding powder. I have had this coil heated in our oven to 120°C, and find that it jumps the 8½ mm. O.K. when it is at that temperature, also the case and lid{A. J. Lidsey} do not soften. Will you kindly let me know if the coil is any better on chassis or any other test you give it, compared with the mouldensite case. E.J.Brock. Tested, passed, then fitted to 3-G.II. | ||
