Referring to BY/RD5/ML17.9.28, we have had one higher output Phantom dynamo through our hands experimentally which is now on an expl. car. Of the 12 machines which are now instructed by the note above mentioned, we desire to have three taken at random passed to us for test to enable us to confirm the specification of test which we have already previously arranged. The instructions for this test can be issued when required, but will be subject to alteration as a result of the confirmatory tests which we shall make on these three machines. EFC. | ||
