X.2628B In reading over the memo of your conferences, I am quite in agreement with Mr. Flatford's views that the fitting of rear shock dampers to existing cars should be left over until we find that it is necessary to make this alteration to existing cars. I would much rather spend the money in perfecting the springs and springing as soon as we have proved what is the best thing to recommend.
