We have received a Memorandum from Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}, No. 9779, dated the 30th January, from which we have extracted the following :-
"Owner would like to know if W. approve of his use of Valrolene for the engine. He has found this oil very successful in other motor vehicles."
.Will you please let us know as early as possible what reply we can make to this owner.
