Why can't we get on more quickly with the longer duration cam - present exhaust used as inlet - (E2/M30.8.28 - nearly two months ago) with 114° and 116°, and 52° and 54° crankshaft respectively?

I think this is waiting for BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
