Brake rod adjustments and servo-assisted operation schemes.

The second rod could have limited adjustment and the rear end of this rod is carried by a lever which might experimentally have holes to give 3 lengths, or be long enough to give 85% of present brake pressure for foot pressure.

Kindly promptly get suitable instructions to Mr. Hives, that all the work is not wrong for such inexcusable reasons.

The "agreed" scheme which was sent here required far too much foot pressure for both direct and servo assisted operation. This I understood from Mr. Hives and the drivers. I did not test this one.
