Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 11th February confirming that 7.00-18 Fort tyres will be required for the special experimental chassis.
A report received from our Works this morning indicates that the 5" wheels will probably be completed by the end of this week and we are arranging to have the tyres available at the same time. We may, therefore, say that the fitted assemblies should be in your possession during the early part of next week.
We believe that our Works have made clear the manner in which they were able to provide these special wide rims and that rolling plant is not at the moment available for producing such rims in standard section.
Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LIMITED.
