Phantom III Gearbox: The original gearbox out of 33-EX is at present in the shop. We wish to use this as a second rig gearbox. Will You please nickel plate the cones as you did in the gearbox which W. Bell is running. He will then be able to continue with his bedding experiments without delay when his present box fails. If possible, we should like to get the narrow cones instructed in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Smth.19/KW.2.12.35 into this box as well. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Smth. There have not been produced because they were not considered to be efficient see Hdy{William Hardy} 1/HP16734 & were superceded in accordance with IV Sch 4137 increased cones.
