-2- Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}22/&13.5.30. Contd. He does not even at present own a 20/25 but only a 20 and, so far as I can trace, he has not had any lengthy demonstration run on a 20/25 which would enable him to judge of its performance, certainly not of the 20/25 with the latest modifications which I am quite sure would remove any criticism on this point. One of the points where the 20/25 does require improvement is in its connection with the radiator being carried below the level of the frame at the bottom like on Phantom II. The front appearance of the 20/25 is severely handicapped on this account and I should be glad if you could give instructions for this to be dealt with as soon as possible. Then again in view of the introduction of thermostatically controlled shutters on the 40/50, the 20/25 will require the same. I have already spoken about the funnel being made lower which I believe is already in hand. The present high funnel is out of date in appearance. The extension of the lubrication scheme to axles will require to be brought on to the 20/25 in view of its introduction on Phantom II. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
