Mr Maurice Olley, Engineer,
Rolls Royce of America, Inc.,
Springfield, Massachusetts.

Dear Mr Olley:

Please be advise that we have appointed a manufacturer in England to produce our equipment on the royalty basis, closing the franchise with the Managing Director of this English concern upon his recent visit to our factory.

The name of the concern is -

A Rist, Limited,
Waveney Works,
Lowestoft.

I believe that they manufacture in addition with our instruments, coil iginition, motor horns and motor lamps.

If any of the Engineers in the Darby Rolls Royce plant are desirous of securing our equipment to aid in conducting further tests or for any other purpose, I believe Rist Company would be in a position to supply them.

Very truly yours,

LOVEJOY MANUFACTURING COMPANY
