X7625A To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. c.c. to BY/RD. EFC4/LG15.7.27. X.7625.A. SEQUENCE STARTER MOTOR. NO. 2A, SCHEME. We have now bench tested this motor on which you put the taper of armature and poles. The improvement in operation is considerable and we think there may be a good chance of this operating success-fully on EAC.7. chassis 14-EX. It therefore becomes necessary to try this, as it may render unnecessary the proposed change to No.1. scheme on this chassis. Subsequent moves on the sequence starter will depend upon the results of tests of :- (1) The No.1. scheme with 20º spiral and actuator box operated switch which you are arranging for us on 9-EX. (2) No.2A. scheme on 14-EX as now instructed. Motor handed you herewith. EFC. | ||
