The price of £69.10.0 does not include the second front end, the design of which is not yet completed. Copy of letter dated 13th August to hand this morning, from Twining Models attached hereto. I notice that in their terms, Twining ask for 1/3rd of the price to be paid when the work is put in hand, 1/3rd when half completed, and balance after delivery.
