Condor Engine Dear Sirs: We are very much obliged by your letter of 23rd August in which you advise us of your wish to convert some of your experimental engines to Bundylim Tubing for the external oil pipes. We actually roll our Bundylim Tubing in the sizes 5/16" and 1/4" and these sizes can be supplied tinned externally and coppered internally. The 3/16" diameter is obtained by drawing down, and in this diameter we supply tubing coppered internally and externally. We note your preference to buy the tubing in straight lengths and we would be happy to supply in this way. The banjos, olives etc. would be fixed to our tubing in exactly the same way as for copper tubing, but we would recommend these fittings be attached by silver soldering rather than by brazing, since the brazing temperature is apt to be detrimental to the brazed walls of our tubing. We would be pleased to supply the quantity you specify, namely 10' of 5/16" o.d., 24 ft. of 1/4" o.d. and 35 ft. of 3/16" o.d. for a lump sum of 12/6d including delivery to your Works, and would be able to give you delivery in 7/14 days.
