Dear Sirs, In reference to our telephone conversation this morning regarding the carburetter we are sending you, it was the intention of our Mr. T. C. Skinner to bring it with him, but unfortunately, early last week he caught Influenza, which has since turned to Bronchitis. We understand, however that he is progressing favourably, and that he will be able to be out again early next week. In accordance with your request we have this morning despatched the G3 Carburetter per passenger train, and would ask you, if possible, to postpone the test, or not form a definite conclusion until our Mr. Skinner has had an opportunity of testing the carburetter.
