Dear Sir:- Re:Battery Ignition Condenser tests. ----------------------------- Some time ago we received an enquiry from Mr. Hives asking for information as to the apparent partial breakdown of the insulation in paper condensers. The attached copy of a reply from Mr. Curtis of the American Bosch Magneto Corp. deals with the subject fully and points out the fact that though leakage occurs in the paper condenser when it becomes hot, its capacity for high frequencies is increased.
