Referring to your note By9/P1.6.21 and the blueprint of Dunlop Scheme No.622, showing an E.5 type wheel fitted with a Dunlop design of disc, we are now informed by the Dunlop Rubber Co.Ltd. (Wheel Dept) that they have completed the tools for the production of the covering discs and they have now before them the first finished sets for wire wheels and Col.Matthew proposes to submit same to us at Derby.
