BJ. from EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} X4086 EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}4/LG19.4.22. GOSHAWK 11, 10,000 MILES TRIALS CARS. Y4086 X4219 Replying to your BJ10/H13.4.22. We feel that the suggestion of using the present Express Car 5-Goshawk-11 for the Amateur Test Car after it has done its 10,000 miles, is a very good suggestion and it is our intention to try and arrange for this to be done, if at all possible, in preference to supplying another car. You will notice from the reports that this car has now completed nearly 7000 miles and we are now in communication with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} (now at Laval) as to the prospects of this car being examined after 10,000 miles and made in a condition ready for the Amateur Test. We realise the urgency of this test and it is our intention to have this car ready as soon as possible. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} | ||
