Tuesday. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Am leaving for the Stelvio. If the weather is unsuitable for vapour lock tests on Friday, we may remain on the pass on Saturday. Having made the effort to get there it seems we should try & make the test representative. The Bentley will be interesting too as, in spite of some hot weather & blinding, no sign of vapour lock has eventuated as yet. The ordinary petrols obtainable here are unsuitable for the 7-1 head. If this letter arrives in time & you want to wire us we shall call at— the Hotel Spondigna Spondigna on Friday afternoon. | ||
