I understand from Mr. Elliott that there is a report of yours dealing with Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) cooling within the last few weeks, a copy of which I do not seem to have. As we have taken over the radiator and Mr. Royce wants us to do some work on the question of cooling, in all probability the information in this report would be useful to us if you would let us have a copy.
