Phantom III Front Suspension Springs.

Re Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/Ms.19/P.11.12.35.

Our tests up to date show no difference between the Salter's and the English Steel Corporation's springs. The Firth springs have been inferior.

The analysis of a broken Salter's spring shows the material to be Silico-Manganese steel.
