of 15,000 miles test.

Water Temperature.

When running in congested traffic the water temperature constantly hovered around 100°C, with an air temperature of 25°C.

There was no loss of water.

Ignition.

Pronounced misfiring occurred on either 'A' or 'B' ignition when accelerating from low speeds. This was overcome by temporarily replacing the Lucas coils by standard R.R. coils taken from N. stock.

Oil Consumption. 1111 MPG.

This was carefully measured over the 330 miles running in London traffic, and does not include the mileage to and from Derby.

There was no sign of exhaust smoke.

Petrol Consumption.

Approximately 11 M.P.G.

Copy of memo from Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} is attached hereto.

Mileage since return from France - 750.
