Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} A memo dealing fully with them is being issued. PHANTOM 111. (1). Over-oiling on latest series. ✓ (2). Wear on chromium faced tappets with non-hydraulic tappets. ✓ (3). Servo squeaks. ✓ (4). Rusting up of Hand Brake adjustment. ✓ (5). Steering control rattle and squeak due to felt packing losing its effectiveness. x (6). Clocks still unreliable. ✓ (7). Engine Suspension. Front feet working loose. ✓ (8). Inaccessibility of removing crankshaft damper. x (9). Engine timing gear rattles. ✓ (10). Exhaust system rattles and creaks from suspension. ✓ (11). Engine Pressure Oil Filter collapsing. * (12). Suspension - Uncomfortable ride caused by rear axle dither. * (13). Under tyred. ✓ (14). Twisting of pendulum rocker lever. ✓ (15).
