Aoila E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.1/MA.12.1.35. CURRUS FOG LAMPS: As it is probable we shall standardize this lamp shortly we should be glad if you will arrange for suitable brackets to be schemed for mounting this type of lamp in the correct approved position on Bentley, 40/50 and 20/25 chassis as well as SpectreCodename for Phantom III and Wraith. We have mounted the Currus lamp on 5.B.IV and the SpectreCodename for Phantom III in the centre of the front apron between the two horns with the centre of the lamp (in the case of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III) about 24 ins. from the ground. The centre position appears to be the best. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
