Sft{Mr Swift}2/BH.31.1.34.

FERODO STRIP ON BENTLEY RADIATOR.

With reference to your memo' E/JMR6/HP.23.1.34, subject to the D.O. issuing instructions within the next day or so, we shall be able to introduce the slotted side angles as suggested on LeC.3773, on the 126th Chassis on 'A' Series.

To do this and to use up the existing material, it will be necessary for us to pierce slots in four pieces.

The C.O. should be informed as quickly as possible of this modification, in order that they may purchase the necessary parts for the next Series with the slots already pierced. The material in question we understand, is al ready on order.
