re. 20-HP. Silencer - Booming & Vibration.

With reference to our memo EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 1/H25.1.24, we attach herewith copy of memo we have received from Sales Dept..

We shall be glad if you will have the necessary instructions issued as soon as ever possible for these parts to be made and handed over to us, so that we can make the necessary arrangements with PN. {Mr Northey} as to when and where we can fit these parts to the 20-HP Demonstration Cars.

We shall be glad if you will let us know what are the prospects of getting hold of these parts so that we can notify PN. {Mr Northey} In the meantime, we are asking Sales Dept. on how many cars they wish this modification incorporating.

We have pointed out to Sales that although a smaller diameter pipe has been standardised, the exhaust silencer support has not yet been standardised We shall be glad if in regard to the latter, Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and yourself will get this settled as quickly as possible.

EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} /Thn.
