Dear Mr. Robotham:

You appear quite prompt in your letters. I feel quite flattered. I should like to have you send me shells of the aluminium tin bearings. If possible I should like 4 half shells 2.688 O.D. and 2.375 I.D., and 1-3/16 wide - leaving enough stock for finish. This would permit us to carry on some tests.

The problem sounds interesting and we should like to get into it with both feet.

Our experience with piston rings and bore wear goes on. We shall have some very interesting information to discuss with you soon.

Give my best regards to your companions in crime.

Yours sincerely,

A.{Mr Adams} TAUB
