Dear Mr. Robotham,

Thank you very much for your telegram and for taking so much trouble. There was really no need for you to wire although I am grateful to you for doing so as I can get my arrangements well in hand before I leave next Wednesday.

I propose sending the car to Park Wards, as suggested by you, on the 18th May, the day after I sail, to have the body attended to and the spare wheel cover modified for larger tyres. I should be very glad if you could get your experimental representative at Kingsbury to check over the engine and perhaps you will make the necessary arrangements.

I note the cost of the larger wheels will be £59, packing and carriage extra.
