Herewith some photographs of the underneath of a Bentley chassis which Mr. Paulin asked for. If they are not satisfactory, perhaps you will let us know exactly what he wants when you come over.

I am also sending you a road wheel horse-power curve, cut-out open and closed, for the high compression engine which we are fitting to this chassis. We can get a few more horse-power by having large carburetters, but the loss of carburation stability and snap opening up is too much for an ordinary motor-car. The high compression cylinder head we fitted is, of course, the standard head with the compression ratio raised, and should run satisfactorily on Ethyl. Hall's T.T. cylinder head was not practical for ordinary fuels.
