Herewith some photographs of the underneath of a Bentley chassis which Mr. Paulin asked for. If they are not satisfactory, perhaps you will let us know exactly what he wants when you come over. I am also sending you a road wheel horse-power curve, cut-out open and closed, for the high compression engine which we are fitting to this chassis. We can get a few more horse-power by having large carburetters, but the loss of carburation stability and snap opening up is too much for an ordinary motor-car. The high compression cylinder head we fitted is, of course, the standard head with the compression ratio raised, and should run satisfactorily on Ethyl.
