RE: JOINT WASHERS IN SEACORK.

With reference to your memo HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}20/BA.5.3.37., the E.54933 joint washers in Seacork laminated cork jointing material which you sent to Kingsbury for trial.

These joints are not satisfactory, they squash out too thin and leak. Iam returning a sample which shows the condition they become.
