From examination of our previous orders for experimental frames from John Thompson's, I find that we have received several frames similar to the standard B.V. frame, to our drawing FB.3658, only in .092" thick material instead of .104". As three of these frames were received just prior to the war, I would rather assume that they must still be in existence, in which case you might consider EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}'s. suggestion of cutting the front end off and welding up to, suit the new wheelbase.

Again, however, there would be the difficulty with regards to the front pan as all these frames were fitted with a straight front pan.

I find also, that we have had some pressings for .092" thick frames, supplied to us which might be useful.
