3½ litre Bentley
-----------------

Replying to your memo WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}6/T.19.5.33, since last reporting on this we have been following up the development work of the Experimental Department in connection with the following items:

Induction System.
Hot Petrol Pipes.
Piston.
Thermostat Bypass instead of Radiator Shutters.
Ignition Governor and Contact Breaker for the higher speeds.
Exhaust System and Suspension.
Radiator Mounting.
Pedals and Wells.
Broken Differential.

Instructions have been issued in connection with all of these items, and the only points we have unfinished at the moment are in connection with the hand control for boosting the petrol pump, and a set of slats for the radiator in place of the shutters, but instructions for these two will be issued early next week.

We have also been clearing up small complaints and criticisms from MHC. in regard to points which might arise when the car goes on production, but these have all been dealt with.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
