Dear Sir, Referring to our telephone conversations and in thanking you for your letter of the 23rd, we confirm our latest advice that we are able to provide the 5.50Ex16 rim giving you the track line you desire. The flange height of the 'E' section rim is 3/32" less than the new section rim, and we thank you for your promise to accept this. Our Works have given us an assurance that they will be able to despatch the necessary rims so that you receive them on Wednesday, and we trust this will be in time for your requirements. In regard to the 6.50-16 Track Racing Tyres, we regret that these will not be ready before Wednesday, and have noted your instructions that you wish them sent to Derby, and we will make the necessary arrangements to despatch accordingly.
