| L263. To Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/JBD.{John B. Dixon - Fuel Systems}28/JH.9.4.37. We thank you for the sample pump from the S.U.Co. We should like to point out that it is not fitted with C & A washers but withnthe old type cork insert plugs which were discarded. It is necessary to have plugs without a recess for the C & A washer and we have asked for these. A standardisarion sheet will be issued for C & A washers when 35-EX completes its 10,000 miles.
