POINTS REFERRED TO VERBALLY BY MR. MINCHIN X7535A
AND RECEIVED THROUGH ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} X4642P

(1) Messrs. P & R.{Sir Henry Royce} duly received our letter concerning the carrying handles of the 6-volt units together with attached sketch, and are giving the matter their attention.

(2) They again brought up the question of burnt-up versus bolted connections for these Phantom units. We have however, expressed ourselves to them in this connection in our EFC4/AD24.5.29, also now in our EFC1/AD4.2.30.

(3) Messrs. P & R.{Sir Henry Royce} enquire of us as to any decision we have arrived at concerning the new type of vent, three of which we have on the three cells of one of the recent 6-volt P & R units. Ordered on battery for 20 HP. 10,000 mile test of 14-G4. See EFC3/AD5.2.30.

(4) Mr. Minchin queried as to why we did not arrange the battery for the 20 HP. car on similar lines to that of the Phantom II, i.e. in metal box. Put up to Mr. Day and Mr. Elliott.
