AC SPARK PLUG COMPANY 2. Installation errors are due to: (a) Errors on our part due to lack of sufficient detailed information in making our layouts. (b) Possible errors in machining on the part of manufacturers. Hence, no matter how uniform the pumps may be tested at the Factory if they are not properly installed, we are bound to get variations in pressures. PROPER INSTALLATION The proper installation can be made by having all the details on hand and checking under actual running conditions. Once a proper installation is made on a motor, there should be no excuse for our not being able to duplicate the above installation on duplicate motors. CHECK ON EXPERIMENTAL INSTALLATION To check experimental installation, a test fixture is provided which indicates the proper travel of the diaphragm when used in connection with the lever designed for any given motor. | ||
